OUR
NEW TEACHING CENTRE :
At the beginning of January this year, work started on our
new teaching centre and we have worked with the bangs and
crashes of sledgehammers, drills and diggers every day since,
not to say the dust and debris which settled everywhere, even
on us.
So, has
it all been worth it? We think so as the result is way beyond
what we had hoped for. The finishing touches are underway
and we will be welcoming students into the new centre for
our next Certificate in Hydrotherapy course starting on Friday,
20 April. Once the centre is completely finished, photos will
be posted on the website. As a reminder, here is the photo
of our Assistant Manager, Kirsty Arthur, on the very first
day work started.

THE WORLD OF RESCUE
A big THANK YOU is to due all our clients who have
supported The Barney Fund, Greyfriars charitable arm. With rescue
organisations now working beyond full capacity, both in terms
of finances and capacity, The Barney Fund provides financial
assistance for those dogs who need help to get fully fit so
that they can find new, loving homes. This year so far 15 dogs
from a variety of organisations have attended Greyfriars for
physiotherapy and hydrotherapy. All are doing well, and apart
from the new arrivals, everyone is now in a permanent home.
